GLEAP CHILD SAFETY AND PROTECTION POLICY
Our Commitment to Child Safety
Gleap Limited is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and has a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that endangers, exploits, or abuses children on our platform.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Gleap and will result in immediate account termination, content removal, and reporting to relevant authorities:
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Creating, uploading, sharing, or distributing any imagery, video, or content depicting child sexual abuse
- Any content that sexualizes minors or portrays children in a manner that could result in sexual exploitation
Child Exploitation and Predatory Behavior
- Child grooming: Befriending a child online to facilitate sexual contact (online or offline) or exchanging sexual imagery
- Inappropriate interaction: Any form of sexual advance, groping, caressing, or inappropriate contact targeted at a child
- Sextortion: Threatening or blackmailing a child using real or alleged access to intimate images
- Child trafficking: Advertising, soliciting, or facilitating commercial sexual exploitation of children
- Any attempt to use Gleap to contact, communicate with, or target minors
Age Verification and Restrictions
- Gleap is strictly for users 18 years of age and older
- During account registration, users must truthfully enter their date of birth
- If the entered birth date indicates the user is under 18 years of age, account creation will be automatically blocked
- Users are required to provide accurate age information; falsifying birth date information is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in legal consequences
- Any user discovered to be under 18 will have their account immediately terminated
Reporting Mechanisms
In-App Reporting
Gleap provides a dedicated in-app mechanism for users to report child safety concerns and other incidents:
Report from Chatbox:
- Navigate to your chatbox and click on the profile of someone you've talked to
- If you suspect an issue with that user, click the block button located on the top right corner of their photo
- A menu will appear with two options:
- Block User – Simply block the user from contacting you
- Report an Incident – Report a safety concern or violation
- If you select “Report an Incident,” you will be taken directly to safety@gleap.club where you can submit your report with details
What to Include in Your Report:
- Username or profile of the reported user
- Description of the concern or violation
- Screenshots or evidence (if safe to collect)
- Date and time of the incident
- Any other relevant details
All in-app reports sent to safety@gleap.club are reviewed immediately upon receipt by our Child Safety Team.

Our Response Time:
- All reports sent to safety@gleap.club are reviewed immediately upon receipt
- High-priority child safety reports are escalated for urgent review
- Reported accounts will be taken down immediately upon confirmation of violation
- You will receive acknowledgment of your report within 24 hours
Anonymous Reporting
- Anonymous reports are accepted and encouraged
- You do not need to provide personal information to file a report
- All reporters are protected; we do not disclose reporter identities
Our Response to CSAM
Upon obtaining actual knowledge of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) on our platform, Gleap Limited will:
- Immediately remove the content and preserve evidence
- Permanently ban the user account and associated devices
- Report to authorities: File a report with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through the CyberTipline (for US users) or the appropriate regional authority
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
- Document all actions taken in accordance with applicable laws
We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (US)
- Regional and international child protection laws
- GDPR provisions related to child safety (where applicable)
Proactive Safety Measures
Gleap employs multiple layers of protection:
- Age-gated access: Users must be 18+ and provide truthful birth date information during registration
- Automated age verification: System automatically prevents account creation for users under 18
- In-app reporting: Direct reporting mechanism from chatbox to safety team
- Content moderation: Human review of flagged content and reported accounts
- Immediate enforcement: Confirmed violators are removed from the platform immediately
- User blocking features: Users can block problematic accounts within the app

User Responsibilities
All Gleap users are required to:
- Provide truthful and accurate age information during registration
- Report any suspected CSAE content or behavior immediately via in-app reporting or safety@gleap.club
- Not engage with or distribute CSAM
- Comply with all child safety laws in their jurisdiction
Failure to report known CSAE content may result in account termination.

By using Gleap, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Child Safety and CSAE Policy. Violations will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
